How much does TV aerial installation cost?

TV aerial installation typically costs £80–£220 depending on aerial type, mounting position (loft or external rooftop) and whether cable routing to multiple rooms is required. Loft aerials start from £80. External rooftop aerials from £120. High-gain aerials for weak signal areas from £140. All prices include the full signal test and retune. Do you offer same-day TV aerial installation?

Yes. Same-day TV aerial installation and repair is available in most areas across the UK. Call 0800 046 7879 early in the day to check same-day availability in your area.

How long does aerial installation take?

Most TV aerial installations are completed within 1–2 hours. More complex jobs involving rooftop mounting, cable runs to multiple rooms or weak-signal locations may take 2–3 hours. We aim to complete all work in a single visit.

What guarantee do you offer on aerial installations?

All installations are backed by up to a 5-year workmanship guarantee — one of the longest in the industry. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. The guarantee covers the installation itself; any fault arising from the installation is remedied at no additional charge.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No. Everest Aerials does not charge a call-out fee. We provide free, no-obligation quotes on all work. The price you are given before we start is the price you pay — no hidden charges on completion.

Will a loft aerial work in my area?

In strong to medium signal areas — which covers most UK towns and cities — a correctly positioned loft aerial delivers reliable Freeview HD reception. Our engineers always test signal strength from the proposed loft position before installing. We will not fit a loft aerial where signal is insufficient and will honestly recommend the correct alternative.

Do you install satellite dishes for Sky Q and Freesat?

Yes. We install and align satellite dishes for Sky Q, Sky Q Mini, Freesat and Freesat+ receivers across the UK. We also install dishes for international satellite channels from Hotbird (13E), Arabsat/Badr (26E), Astra (28.2E) and other satellites.

Are your engineers qualified and DBS checked?

Yes. All Everest Aerials engineers are formally trained, fully DBS-checked (Disclosure and Barring Service) and carry full public liability insurance. We are a safe, professional company established in 1998 with over 25 years of trading history.

Can you install CCTV at my home?

Yes. We install wired PoE CCTV and wireless security camera systems for domestic and commercial properties. All systems include full site assessment, camera positioning, app-based remote viewing setup and a written guarantee. Prices start from £250 for a 4-camera wireless system.

Do you install Starlink?

Yes. We provide professional Starlink dish installation including site survey, optimal dish positioning, mounting, weatherproof cabling and router setup. You purchase the Starlink hardware directly from starlink.com; our professional installation service costs from £150.

Can you mount my TV on the wall?

Yes. TV wall mounting is one of our most popular services. We handle all wall types including plasterboard, brick, blockwork and stone — with full cable concealment options. Prices start from £80 for a standard flat mount on a solid wall.

Do you offer a blue light discount?

Yes. We offer a 15% discount to NHS workers, police, fire and ambulance service personnel. Simply mention your blue light card or work ID when booking to apply the discount to your quote.

How do I know if my TV aerial needs replacing?

Warning signs include: persistent pixelation on multiple Freeview channels; channels going missing after a retune; signal loss specifically in windy or wet weather; visible damage to the aerial visible from the ground; or an aerial installed more than 10–15 years ago that has never been inspected. Can you fix a satellite dish blown out of alignment?

Yes. Dish realignment is one of our most common repair jobs. Using professional signal meters, we restore precise alignment to your satellite — usually in a single visit. Dish realignment typically costs from £80.
